Meat Market

If you'd like to join our beef harvest list, I will be happy to help. We offer 80/20 ground beef, in 1 lb packages. We designate a Saturday afternoon to have you come pick up your beef at the farm. We also offer freezer beef, in halves or split halves. These are priced by lb, hanging weight. If buying in bulk, we will deliver the beef from the butcher to your house within 50 miles of the farm. 

I offer half or whole hogs. They are priced by lb, hanging weight. The hogs I sell are outsourced by another local farm, as my current facility doesn't permit hog production. I would love to raise pork. Someday! I will deliver hogs to the butcher, it's the customers responsibility after that. Contact me for current pricing.

My chickens are pastured, meaning they're raised on grass, & they're fed GMO free feed. They live in chicken "tractors", once they put on their feathers and graduate from the brooder box. Moving their cage once a day, sometimes twice gives them fresh grass & bugs! I have chicken in stock. 

I require a $100 deposit when reserving a hog or beef. I do not require a deposit for hamburger or chickens. Chicken and ground beef will be picked up at the farm. Pork will be picked up at the butcher shop. I will deliver bulk beef. . If you have any questions about the butcher process, click below.
